In this webinar, we examine the most recent 2009 data on leadership confidence. Since the beginning of the study in 2003, the annual review of confidence has shown declining scores. Continuing data analysis pointed out the drivers of confidence and the types of interventions that can be used to increase confidence, leader energy, and performance.
