"Evidence, not intuition"
John Boudreau's latest book, Transformative HR, is the subject of a recent article in the USC News. Writer Julie Riggott notes that "Evidence, not intuition, guides effective human resource leadership." That reliance on evidence and the move to embrace evidence-based change is the extremely timely focus of Boudreau's book (which was written with Ravin Jesuthasan of Towers Watson).
