Future of HR: Unique research opportunity with CEO Research Scientists
This is a great opportunity to have a group of your HR colleagues join John Boudreau and Ian Ziskin in an effort to better understand the future of the HR profession and its role in key emerging trends.
The initiative involves convening groups of about 20 HR leaders across several leading organizations. During the next several months, that community of HR leaders will take part in several short surveys (one about every two weeks), each followed by a webinar facilitated by John and Ian, to discuss the results and the implications for the HR profession and their own HR function. Each round of surveys and webinars will address specific issues that our research has shown are "white spaces," meaning they seem vital to the future, but remain relatively unexamined. You can enroll up to 30 of your HR leaders, and the fee for participation is $5,000 per sponsor company and $8,000 per non-sponsor company, which will cover the support costs through the Center for Effective Organizations.
