AHRI, the Australian Human Resources Institute, has established this organizational award to recognize outstanding people initiatives/strategies. Specifically, the John Boudreau Award for Human Capital Management is designed to recognize outstanding people management initiatives and strategies demonstrating improved decision systems for the effective management of human capital for sustainable competitive advantage.
