During this webinar, we discussed the leadership team process and talked to leaders who have used the process in 2008.
The leadership team pulse is a relatively new initiative that allows any leader to add up to 100 members (more for CEO sponsors) of his/her management team into the leadership pulse project and then receive real-time benchmarking on the team results compared to the industry the team is in. These data are most useful when they drive conversations or dialogues within the leadership and management team.
