Lawler on Reemployed in L.A. Times
CEO Director Ed Lawler was interviewed for a recent L.A. Times article, "The Reemployed: Overqualified and Underpaid," on people who have been rehired after layoffs.
The article discussed a survey by the Pew Research Center (pdf of the survey report here) that notes that the re-employed are less satisfied and less likely to get a sense of identity from their work.
