Ed Lawler and John Boudreau presented the results of CEO's sixth tri-annual survey of HR in this webinar.
Their study looked at changes in how HR is organized, how it adds value in corporations, and what makes it effective. Data were gathered from a global sample of firms. Complete results of the survey can be found in their soon-to-be-published book, Effective Human Resource Management: A Global Analysis.
