Welcome Back Gerry Ledford!
We welcome Senior Research Scientist Gerry Ledford back to CEO. Previously Gerry had been a CEO researcher from 1982-1998, after which he spent 14 years as a consultant. Gerry's areas of interest include compensation and total rewards, employee engagement and involvement, talent management, the design of work, large-scale organizational change,and the implications of new HR information technology for organizational effectiveness and the HR role.
Gerry will be presenting a webinar on Rethinking Employee Engagement for members of our sponsor companies and HCEO participants on October 9.
