Driving Dialogue, Action and Results with Power Story Telling and Data Coaching
This is the third year of teaching the data coaching public program. In addition, we have done several custom programs, and we also are running 1/2 day workshops on data coaching. In addition, our work includes data audits, which focus on mapping which HR data drives dialogue, action and results. The data audit process has a story telling component, and it serves to improve an organization's metrics strategy via the forward-looking analysis that also is conducted. We continue to develop out this work, including the construction of new tools that parallel the story genre.
