Corporate Governance, Boards, and Senior Executives
CEO's research on corporate governance is focused on board effectiveness, as well as on the effectiveness of senior executives. The impact of board membership, CEO evaluation, board member evaluation, and group process are among the issues that are being studied. The relationship between boards and senior executives is also being studied, as is the effectiveness of different approaches to creating executive teams and the design of executive jobs.
