Human Resource Management
CEO is studying how the human resource function is changing. The Center's research particularly focuses on how the human resource function can align itself with the strategic plans of the organization so that HR is a business partner that aligns major program areas such as training, compensation, selection, job design, and career management with the company's strategic plan. The Center also is examining the role of analytic skills as part of the core capabilities that HR needs to add strategic value.
