Management of Innovation, Learning, and Knowledge

Continual innovation is the key to success in today's dynamic and globally competitive environment. CEO research studies have examined the management of innovation in new product development and R&D environments, in global knowledge production networks, in internal research and data-based approaches to organizational improvement, and in the management of "innovation diffusion." We focus particularly on issues of integration between various stakeholders such as R&D, production, and marketing, and on the use of alliances and networks for innovation and learning.
