The ERN Leadership Summit is designed to:

  • Develop ERN leaders as business leaders.
  • Expose participants to new ideas and processes used by successful ERNs, and promote shared learning.
  • Support ERN members in better utilizing analytics for data-driven decision-making and leadership.
  • Promote understanding about ways to reduce identity conflict in the workplace and use diversity & inclusion best practices as a means of encouraging employees to bring all of themselves to work.
  • Share how organizations are globalizing their ERNs, including action steps, challenges, and strategies for overcoming barriers.
  • Help ERN leaders work on their own ERN plans, and incorporate new ideas for improvement and implementation.

How the ERN Leadership Summit works:

  • Participating companies will complete a survey of their ERN members.
  • Data from the survey will be analyzed, shared, and used at the Leadership Summit to drive action taking.
  • Companies will be able to compare their own data with benchmark results from all participating companies.
  • Time will be spent discussing how to best share the survey fi ndings with others, and how to engage ERN members in data analysis and action planning to drive improved results.
  • Participants will work in company-intact teams, as well as in peer teams representing multiple companies, to maximize peer coaching and learning.
  • As a special feature, Center for Eff ective Organizations faculty will deliver insights and lessons on leadership that will maximize the eff ectiveness of ERN leaders.
  • Ongoing networking will take place virtually post-summit.

We are delighted to be partnering with CEO on a survey to look at current best practices and emerging needs for ERGs and their companies.
