Kerrian Bard Fournier
Kerrian Bard Fournier is the Vice President, Head of Human Capital Strategy & Analytics for Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Ms. Fournier is responsible for developing the Company's human capital strategic framework and operating model that ensures the achievement of the firm's short and long term business objectives. Key focus areas include expansion of workforce analytics, organizational effectiveness and human capital risk management, as well as broadening HR's capabilities in product development / innovation and planning / project management.
Prior to this role, Ms. Fournier served as the Company's Head of Executive & Global Compensation and was responsible for the design, governance and administration of the Company's executive and equity compensation programs, working with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors on key long-term incentive and executive compensation design, including MMC proxy compensation related disclosures.
Prior to joining MMC in 2007, Ms. Fournier held a variety of senior compensation management positions throughout Wall Street at firms such as Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Her broad experience also included a few years on an Equity Derivatives desk at Deutsche Bank where she focused on structuring and marketing "Hedging and Monetization" strategies for Corporate and High Net Worth clients' equity portfolios.
Ms. Fournier is an alumna of Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.
