Beth Miller has over 20 years’ experience leading key HR strategies in the tech industry and providing council to senior executives and managers in all stages of the business lifecycle. Her expertise includes benefits, compensation, organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, and diversity & inclusion.
Currently, Beth is responsible for leading HP’s Business Impact Network (BIN) program, with over 100 chapters globally. She leads the development of BIN strategy and structure. Under Beth’s leadership, the number of BIN chapters has tripled in 3+ years. She’s influenced sponsorship at the most senior levels and has successfully elevated BINs into motivated business driven entities that are recognized as valuable resources by leadership.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from George Fox University.
