SUMMARY:Driving Organizational Change with Data - in the Age of AI
DESCRIPTION:This masterclass addresses a critical challenge facing HR Business Partners (HRBPs)\, Organization Development (OD)\, and People Analytics (PA). OD and PA are organized and implemented as separate spheres of expertise\, with HRBPs drawing from both to help in their work. The problem for the business and HR is that this disjointed approach leaves tremendous value on the table\, impacting strategy execution and organizational effectiveness. It also makes responding to and integrating AI into the work of HR more challenging than it needs to be. \n HR needs a more integrated approach to reveal actionable insights and produce meaningful change. All three groups have substantial room for improvement in their practice: \n\nHRBPs are stretched too thin to effectively use the best insights from both OD and PA.\nOD needs to make better use of data\, measurement and AI in the process of diagnosing systems challenges and driving change.\nPeople Analytics needs to be more closely aligned and integrated with the interpersonal and change work of OD and the HRBPs.\n\nThis workshop provides tools\, frameworks and insights for all three groups to improve practice and business impact\, including the following: \n\nTurn data into C Suite decision making: Data and analytics efforts too often focus on finding facts to demonstrate “objective” realities in the organization without ensuring they resonate with the right audience. The workshop shows how to influence leaders and drive the right interpretation and actions based on the data\, including the emerging insights AI provides.\nIntegrate analytics and OD to activate successful org change and transformation: Successful change requires the right mix of process\, measurement and action. Combine the best data and measurement tools from the analytics world\, with the dynamic tools and frameworks used by OD to diagnose\, guide and deliver organizational change and transformation programs that work.\nTactics to engage senior business leaders: Deploying the right mix of OD plus analytics to engage key stakeholders and decision makers is both art and science. The workshop shows how to strike the right balance to achieve maximum results.\nConduct org diagnostics using qualitative and quantitative analysis: Classic analytics approaches rely too heavily on analyzing and collecting data from individuals\, rather than the teams and org units where the business and strategic outcomes are realized. Comprehensive org diagnostics of the drivers of business performance require a combination of case study and systems analytics\, and leveraging the new tools provided by AI.\n\nWho should attend\n\nHR business partners\nOD professionals\nPeople analytics professionals\n\nAttendees will earn 15 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP recertification. \nMasterclass faculty\nThe masterclass is taught by three highly respected thought and practice leaders in the HR\, analytics and OD communities. They bring over six decades of experience solving organizational performance and change challenges in leading companies: \n\nAlec Levenson\, Senior Research Scientist\, Center for Effective Organizations\nMaura Stevenson\, Chief Human Resources Officer\, MedVet and Affiliate Research Scientist\nAlexis Fink\, Senior Research Scientist\, Center for Effective Organizations\n\n \n \n \n \n \n Agenda\n \n Register Here\n \n \n \n ONLINE EVENT\nOct 8\, 20\, 22\, 27\, Nov 3 & 5\, 2025 (Six Sessions) 8am – 11am PT / 11am – 2pm ET\nEach day the sessions will run for 3 hours\, with a 30 minute break after 90 minutes (so 90 minutes; break for 30; then back for another 60 minutes) \n \n \n \n SPEAKERS:\nAlec Levenson\nMaura Stevenson\nAlexis Fink\n \n \n \n Registration Deadline\nOctober 3\, 2025 \nPricing\nNon-Sponsor: $1\,995Sponsor: $1\,695 \nDiscount\nTeams of 3 or more people from the same NON-SPONSOR company who register at the same time are eligible to receive a 10% discount.  Please contact Vivian Jimenez for details. SUMMARY:USC CEO Webinar: Driving Organizational Change with Data – in the Age of AI
DESCRIPTION:Driving Organizational Change with Data – in the Age of AILeaders: Alec Levenson and Alexis Fink\nWednesday\, September 3\, 20258am PT |11am ET | 4pm BST (one hour duration)\nOver the past quarter century\, workforce/people analytics has become central to the work of HR. SUMMARY:EEN Session: Modernizing Performance Management
DESCRIPTION:Modernizing Performance Management\nSession leaders: Dave Millner\, Alec Levenson\, Jennifer Deal and Sharna Wiblen\nThursday\, May 30th\, 20248:00am PT / 11:00am ET / 4:00pm BST(2 hour duration)\nSecond only to releasing an employee\, managers cite performance management processes as the task they dislike the most. This is understandable given that the traditionally practiced process is fundamentally flawed. It is incongruent with the mission-oriented\, employee-centric and participative work environments favoured by forward-thinking organizations today. It smacks of an old-fashioned\, paternalistic\, top-down\, autocratic mode of management that treats employees as the company’s possessions. We all know that engaged\, high-performing employees will lead every business to success and creating an environment that nurtures these key traits is difficult but not impossible. This session will explore past and current developments\, challenges and learnings. \nTogether\, we will consider: \n\nThe foundational aspects of traditional performance management\nHow the performance management process has evolved during the past few years\nOpportunities and challenges associated with modernizing performance management processes\nStrategies for implementing and pursuing relevant\, ethical and effective performance management processesFuture trends and learning lessons\n\n  \n \n \n \n \n \n Contact Us to Join EEN Meetings\n \n Learn more about EEN\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n SPEAKERS\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n DAVE MILLNER\n \n Founder and Consulting Partner\, HR Curator Ltd.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ALEC R. SUMMARY:EEN Session: Building Organizational Capabilities: Navigating the Paradox of Faster\, Better\, Cheaper
DESCRIPTION:Building Organizational Capabilities: Navigating the Paradox of Faster\, Better\, Cheaper \nSession Leader: Alec Levenson\nWednesday\, March 20th\, 20248:00am PT / 11:00am ET / 3:00pm GMT(2 hour duration)\nLeaders often demand the elusive trifecta: faster\, better\, and cheaper – all at the same time. However\, the reality is that all three cannot happen simultaneously\, which has major consequences for the goals\, investments and timelines when building new organizational capabilities. \nIn this session\, we will delve into the complexities of building organizational capabilities and explore the inherent tensions and trade-offs between speed\, quality and cost. Join us as we consider the common pitfalls in leadership decision-making\, where over-promising\, under-investing\, and unrealistic expectations often collide. \nTogether we will consider the following: \n\nAcknowledge the interplay between legacy and new capabilities\nDiscuss distinct strategies for establishing new capabilities\nHow to resolve tensions when pursuing strategic capability development\n\n \n \n \n \n \n Contact Us to Join EEN Meetings\n \n Learn more about EEN\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n SPEAKER\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ALEC R.
