Job descriptions usually describe work performed by full-time employees, throwing together a series of skills and requirements that seem large enough for an employment contract. But, regular full-time employment is only one way to get work done. Finding the “strategic talent pivot-points” is even more essential in a world where work is done with options that can reach beyond employment. We need to be clearer about pivot points as we deconstruct work into projects or tasks, or as we face dynamism in strategies.
