Gino Ramos is the Senior Manager of Equality Programs at Salesforce where he is responsible for employee engagement and activating our nearly 40,000 employees to join us on this journey to #EqualityForAll.
Salesforce is taking action across four key pillars: Equal Pay, Equal Education, Equal Rights, and Equal Opportunity. Under Ramos’ leadership, Salesforce employees are globally engaged in programs ranging from large marquee events like Pride, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, and Lunar New Year, to more focused programs like voluntary Self-ID, and the Talking Equality speaker series. This year he has currently managing 36 Pride celebrations, from Hyderabad to Salt Lake City to Tokyo, with over 4,000 participants taking part in marches/parades, celebrations, and programs.
In addition, Ramos is the Co-Founder and current advisor to Outforce, Salesforce’s second Employee Resource Group (ERG), focused on allies in diversity of sexual orientation and gender identity. Outforce currently has over 4,000 employees across the globe in over 25 locations and growing.
In his 10-year career at Salesforce, he has worked in Procurement and Legal Operations. Before Salesforce, Ramos spent five years at Bank of America.
Ramos received a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Portland where he was on a full ride scholarship through Air Force ROTC. Ramos was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of 2017’s OUTstanding Voices for his work around workplace equality for the LGBTQ community within Salesforce.
