Our work has explored and defined new organizational forms and structures as the economy evolved from the industrial era to today’s fast-changing, knowledge-based world. Client Case Studies
Beth Gunderson recently published two working papers. The first details a partnership with a rapidly growing energy solutions company to enhance its internal organization design capabilities. Initiated by the Chief Human Resources Officer, who recognized the value of our organization design expertise, the collaboration resulted in a customized, two-day workshop. The second paper outlines a year-long strategic initiative with the R&D function of a leading consumer products company, focused on designing a 2030 organization structure aligned with the company’s long-term vision and strategy.
