Knowledge Networks and the Design of the Knowledge Firm

CEO does research that examines the design of knowledge-based firms, and the structures, processes, human resources approaches and technologies required to manage knowledge as the key value-adding resource of the firm. This is examined in the context of complex global innovation networks and in smaller units such as research centers.
