SUMMARY:Optimizing the Operating Model Beyond COVID-19
DESCRIPTION:The Optimizing the Operating Model Workshop provides solutions to diagnosing the barriers to improved organizational performance with analytics\, systems diagnostics and design thinking. \nSpecific applications to digital work transformation and digital product transformation will be featured. Applications for optimizing the operating model for transitional conditions under COVID-19 and for post-pandemic will be featured throughout the workshop. \nThe workshop provides a framework for optimizing business process design and the operating model. The improvements in diagnosis\, measurement and analytics address sources of organizational under-performance that are root-ed in the work design\, competencies\, and individual behaviors. COVID-19 poses a continued threat both to ongoing operations\, and to maintaining sufficient focus on longer-term strategic priorities; the workshop provides a systematic framework for prioritizing both immediate and future capability building to strike the right balance. \nThis workshop provides a systematic approach to defining\, measuring\, aligning and improving the critical elements of the business operating model.\nDuring the program you will:\n\nLearn how to apply tools and techniques from analytics\, end-to-end business process optimization\, and design thinking to find root causes of organizational performance.\nDive deep into case studies from leading companies which demonstrate how to apply the tools and techniques and improve resilience and agility.\nApply the tools and techniques to the specific challenges of business and digital transformation. As a result\, you will be able to better prioritize where leaders should make human capital investment and change management decisions\, and improve how your organization navigates the turbulent waters of change.\nLearn from senior executives who have led their current and previous organizations through the challenges of systematically improving strategy execution and operating model performance.\nEach of the eight sessions includes dedicated time to work through the participants’ short-term and longer-term challenges for optimizing the operating model under both COVID-19 and beyond.\n\nWho should attend:\n\nAnyone leading organizational transformation work\, operations leaders\, OD professionals\, HR business partners\, people analytics professionals\n\n \n \n \n \n \n “Love the tools. Love the conversations. Love the case studies and lessons learned as well as additional ways of learning.” \n“Fantastic — thought provoking.” \n“Very informative. Gave me great information I can reflect on and use.” \n“The Optimizing the Operating Model workshop is an excellent complement to the Organization Design workshops. It helped me look differently at how to set the direction of an organization based on the brand strategy\, then create surgical changes to the current structure to enable the system to follow the brand direction.” \n“There is the org design and then there is the ‘instruction manual’ of how it is supposed to work…that is what I appreciated about this course.  Be intentional about building the instructions in order to achieve the results that the design was built for.” \n Optimizing the Operating Model Participants\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n SPEAKERS:\nAlec Levenson\nBeth Gunderson\nHeather Stockton\nStefan Garcon\nMax Blumberg\n \n \n \n LOCATION:\nOnline Event\nNote: There will be a 30 minute break from 9:30-10:00am during each session. \nDay One: Tue Nov 2\n8:00 – 11:00 am (PT)\n \nDay Two: Thu Nov 4\n8:00 – 11:00 am (PT) \nDay Three: Mon Nov 8\n8:00 – 11:00 am (PT)\n \nDay Four: Wed Nov 10\n8:00 – 11:00 am (PT)\n \nDay Five: Mon Nov 15\n8:00 – 11:00 am (PT)\n \nDay Six: Thu Nov 18\n8:00 – 11:00 am (PT)\n \nDay Seven: Tue Nov 30\n8:00 – 11:00 am (PT)\n \nDay Eight: Thu Dec 2\n8:00 – 11:00 am (PT)\n\n \n Agenda\n \n Register Here\n \n \n \n Pricing\nNon-Sponsor: $3\,795\nSponsor: $3\,195 \nDiscount\n15% Group discount for teams of more than 3 people.
