Jarrod Hahn is a Senior Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant and is currently responsible for managing business continuity controls and enablement for the Consumer, Small Business, and Wealth Management Operations organization. Responsibilities include process improvement, operational readiness, reporting, project management, as well as business support. Jarrod joined Bank of America in 199 and holds certifications in:
- Business Continuity
- Six-Sigma
- Keirsey Temperament
Additionally, he is an Employee Network/Employee Resource Group (ERG) Enterprise co-chair for the Disability Action Network (DAN) which has over 16000 memberships globally. Jarrod also represents Bank of America on the Real Economic Impact Network Advisory committee which supports the work of National Disability Institute (NDI) which harnesses the power of collaboration with government, financial institutions, the business community, community nonprofits, and institutions of higher education to advance new opportunities for work, income production, savings, and asset building for people with disabilities.
Jarrod and his family open their home to do foster care for the youth of Ventura County in California. He also volunteers for other non-profits. He was also previously on the board of directors for My Kaleidoscope Project which served preteen and tween girls addressing bullying, self-esteem and other related issues in many of Ventura County middle schools.
