Cheryl is responsible for ensuring the CashPro channels, products, and operational processes comply with all applicable rules, laws, and regulations. Cheryl oversees all audits, is the lead for crafting and managing the lifecycle of all self-identified audit Issues (SIAIs), and manager of all CashPro vendor relationships. She is the lead for employee satisfaction and is also responsible for Voice of the Client initiatives, including the three annual CashPro client advisory boards, monthly technical helpdesk/product feedback meetings, quarterly client meetings, annual Greenwich study, and annual CashPro Client Satisfaction survey. As a disability advocate, Cheryl brought closed captioning to line of business (LOB) meetings and is now the LOB and employee network manager for closed captioning.
Cheryl started with the bank in 1984 and has over 38 years of experience in the back, middle and front offices. Her career began in wire transfer, municipal bond, and securities operations. She has managerial experience in commercial lending, securitization, risk management, trading, and production support. Cheryl has multiple web development certifications from New Horizons, is Green Belt/Six Sigma Certified, and attended DePaul University, focusing on Business Management/Technology.
Cheryl was born in Chicago and currently resides in New Lenox, IL. She is an avid volunteer, winning the presidential service hour award for 250+ volunteer hours over the last eleven years. As the inaugural D&I award winner in 2011, Cheryl enjoys giving back to her community and being a voice for the disabled. She is the enterprise co-chair for Bank of America’s Disability Advocacy Network, volunteer lead for the annual Disability: IN conference, mentor to Disability: IN Rising Stars, a personal sponsor of an Achilles Freedom Team athlete in the annual disabled veteran games, spends marathon weekend working with the wounded veteran hand cyclists, coordinates volunteers for Aspire’s annual gala to benefit disabled children, is a personal sponsor of her niece’s involvement in the Special Olympics, and speaks at Children’s Miracle Network events sharing her personal success story of being a sole parent of a child with multiple disabilities. She was also the 5k walk chair for eight years for the Hearing Loss Associate of America.
