Kim joined PwC over 25 years ago and leads the Talent Strategy and People Experience Center of Expertise for the PwC US/Mexico firm. In this role, she is focused on enhancing the day-to-day People experience across 75,000 partners and employees. She also leads various firmwide initiatives in areas including flexibility, diversity and inclusion, and talent strategy.
Kim has been recognized as one of the Black Women Leading the Way in Corporate America by Fairygodboss and featured in Fortune, Business Insider, DiversityInc., HR Daily Advisor, and CNBC.
Kim has a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
