Today she serves as the Lead of the EcoEssence ERG of Ecolab and sits on the School Improvement Team of an underperforming elementary school in her community to offer options for the underrepresented.

Karen is dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as Enterprise Co-Lead of the EcoEssence ERG, and member of the Black Leadership Forum and E3 with Ecolab. She has extensive experience establishing a vision and collaborating with diverse groups to get results. Her superpowers are coaching and professional development. She shares her perspectives on servant leadership to stimulate growth of those with whom she connects. Karen encourages mentees to embrace who they are, find their voice and create value while cultivating appreciation for diversity. Her mentees fuel her desire to help others, the common thread of every initiative she tackles.
