Lisa Boysen Kirkwood is a Senior Director of Pharmacy focusing on specialty pharmacy programs, products, and operations. She has worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota for 18 years in various divisions. Lisa is a lifelong learner and holds many certifications and licenses and has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She was a Board Member at United Hospital for 9 years and dedicated to the Mental Health campaign. In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, reading, doing Pilates, and traveling.
Previously Lisa was co-owner of Compass ARG at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota for 3 years. In 2023, she started a new ARG called Generations+ for those aged 50+ and their allies.
