Jeni Demeranville (she/her) is a co-lead of the Mental Wellness & Disability associate recourse group at Securian Financial. She is passionate about normalizing the conversation around mental illness and disability and creating inclusive spaces at work. She has been on her own mental health journey since adolescence, struggling with depression and anxiety. She believes that education, acceptance, and support are the keys to healthy workplaces and communities.
Outside of work, Jeni loves to spend time with her family, create art, and work on home improvement projects. She is an aspiring urban homesteader, growing fruits and veggies and keeping a small flock of chickens in her St. Paul backyard.
