Tom Noon is a Principal Financial Analyst and currently serves a chair of the African American Professionals Network Associate Resource Group at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. He has been at Blue Cross for 10 years and has served as ARG chair for 5 years. Outside of work, Tom also serves on the Regional Advisory Board for Reading Partners Twin Cities where he also volunteers as a reading tutor for elementary students. Tom has lived in the Twin Cities since 2011 and is originally from Denver, Colorado.
