Juan has 11 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. During his tenure with Ecolab, he has worked in different roles within the sales team. He first started as an Account Manager in Training right after college. Then Account Manager where we worked directly with both corporate and street customers to help them meet their food safety goals. He also had the opportunity to manage a team for 6 years as a District Manager in Central California.
In his current role as Business Development Manager support the Food & Beverage United teams in California, Arizona and Nevada.
Throughout his career he has always been a remote worker and understands the challenges of creating a sense of community for those that don’t visit an office. During the pandemic he joined HACER as part of the newly formed virtual chapter, and a year later he joined the Enterprise team as lead.
He was born and raised in Puerto Rico and has a degree in industrial microbiology from the University of Puerto Rico. His husband is Lucas, and his dog is Aries.
