Slides, Video, and Other Presentation Materials
Please send your presentation slides as a single, complete file, including any embedded videos. If the file is too large, please let me know, and I will send you a link to share it via Dropbox. Any handouts must also be included in a single complete file. Please send your materials by Wednesday, September 17, and email me to confirm that you have uploaded your deck: Vivian Jimenez at [email protected]
Day of Presentation Details
- You will share your slide deck (if presenting) via your computer using your Zoom presenter’s link. You will control/advance your own slides. This process allows you to revise your deck between the due date and session dates.
- Kick-off for the day is at 7:00 am PT/9:00 am CT
- Always Assume Your Mic and Video Are On! Please turn off notifications (e.g., email, Teams).
- Your session will be recorded and shared on the virtual platform after the event.
- At the end of your session, Theresa and Jennifer will join your session to thank you.
