Ashleigh Hargrave is the director of clinical health equity for the Greater Winston-Salem market for Novant Health. With over a decade of healthcare and marketing experience, she is passionate about health from a holistic view. She was the marketing lead for the opening of the Novant Health Maya Angelou Center for Women’s Health and Wellness as well as the inaugural Novant Health Maya Angelou International Women’s Health Summit. She also serves as co-chair of the Novant Health Black/African-American Business Resource Group (BRG).
She received her MBA and MHA from Pfeiffer University and her BA in Mass Communications from Winston-Salem State University. She is on the board of the Piedmont Wind Symphony, chair of the membership committee of The Women’s Council of Novant Health Foundation and volunteers with numerous community organizations. She is a Winston Salem State University 40 under 40 honoree and a Diversity Inc Top 100 Leaders under 50 award recipient.
