Bob is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Evangelist with extensive experience building programs that focus on creating positive working cultures where employees thrive and businesses realize value from investing in programs that support the workforce. He has led DEI organizations in large corporate as well as small/startup environments, and specializes in quantifying ROI for activities and programs.
In addition to a career in the Navy as a Public Affairs Officer, he also worked for Deloitte as a change management consultant, as well as in corporate environments in both communications and operations roles. Recognized as a Top Fifty Under Fifty Emerging Leader by Diversity MBA Magazine, he founded Coeus Human Capital Consulting where he led organization effectiveness & DEI engagements for companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Genentech, Levi Strauss & Electronic Arts.
