Danielle Plantz is the ERG Program Manager at nVent, overseeing the organization’s 9 ERGs. She leads ERG strategy, Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) marketing communications, and I&D learning & development initiatives. Danielle has been involved in the DEI space for 5 years, with additional background in sales and marketing. Her expertise lies in employee engagement, strategy, and data-driven storytelling. In addition to her DEI work, Danielle is a Certified Discovery Insights facilitator.
