Danny Ngo is responsible for driving the vision and strategy for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion learning and enablement at Ecolab. He partners with leaders across the organization to develop and execute learning programs that are aligned to the broader leadership and DE&I strategies and goals. Before his current role, he led learning technologies, employee engagement surveys, Employee Resources Group and talent processes in Workday while in various roles at Ecolab. He also serves on Ecolab’s Pride LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group leadership team as an Advisory Board member.

Prior to joining Ecolab, Danny worked as a Program Manager at Hammer Residences, Inc, where he led a team to manage and provide care for adults with developmental disabilities. He has spent time serving on the Board of Directors at Reach for Resources, Inc. and is active in volunteering with people with disabilities. He has an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota, where he also spent time as a Research Assistant studying racism and discrimination.
