Elizabeth Heichler is editorial director of MIT Sloan Management Review, which helps business leaders make sense of the trends that are shaping how organizations operate, compete, and create value in a technology-fueled world. She is a veteran business journalist; prior to joining MITSMR, she spent nearly three decades covering technology news for global publisher IDG. She has lived in Europe, Africa, and the United Kingdom, and currently resides outside Boston. She is an alumna of Boston University.
