Franklin serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Tembo Health, a health technology startup focused on improving quality and access to healthcare for seniors. Before Tembo Health, he led various operations at Flatiron Health, including customer education and customer support. While there, he served in the company’s inaugural Inclusion Working Group and helped co-found the company’s Asian employee resource group. Outside of corporate America, Franklin also co-founded the Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival and Sugar Philly, a bakery and dessert truck. Through his work, he’s been lucky to have been published by Business Insider, Entrepreneur, and the American Management Association. Currently, he’s working on supporting Asian American studies in our schools as well as supporting anti-racism initiatives. In his free time, you can find him playing volleyball and trying to train his rescue dog.
