Jennifer Sparks-Taylor is the Director of Corporate Relations & Executive Education for the Center for Effective Organizations in the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
Jennifer works closely with CEO’s sponsors, clients, and research scientists to facilitate solutions and programs for driving more effective organizations.
Jennifer’s career has been focused on marketing, branding, and customer relationship marketing. With 25+ years of experience working with leading consumer brands including ARCO, Ace Hardware, Behr Corporation, Dermalogica, Disney/ABC, Electronic Arts, eHarmony, Guthy-Renker, Hyundai, IKEA, Harpo Productions, Kaiser Permanente, LA Times, Mattel, Men’s Wearhouse, MGA Entertainment, Oakley, Red Bull, Solta Medical, Sony Pictures, USC Marshall School of Business, Warner Bros. and others, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to organizations through a brand strategy and customer-centric lens.
Through her experience with companies, Jennifer has a passion for cross-collaboration with teams and has developed a passion for organization design and effectiveness. She’s witnessed the critical need for the integration of research, organization design, and the many services of USC Marshall CEO for companies to thrive.
Jennifer received her B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from the USC Marshall School of Business and is now a Doctoral Candidate in the USC Rossier School of Education, Organizational Change & Leadership program.
