Most recently, he served as Senior Specialist in Employee Experience & Culture at Amtrak, where he designed and led initiatives that connected over 21,000 employees across corporate and frontline roles. Joshua is recognized for creating and scaling innovative engagement strategies, including his R.E.A.C.H. framework, which equips leaders with practical tools to engage deskless and frontline employees as effectively as corporate teams.
