Kat O’Donnell (they/she) is Inova Health’s Director of Inclusion and Belonging, a role that includes oversight management of Inova’s 11 Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs). Kat is an innovative leader and consultant with over a decade of experience in progressive inclusion advocacy, thought leadership, and program design and management. Kat holds Executive Certificates in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and in Organization Development Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University, a Master of Social Work degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2024, Kat was named to Becker Healthcare’s Chief DEI Officers to Know list and was awarded the LGBTQ+ Business Award from the Washington Business Journal for their work change leadership and initiatives for the LGBTQ+ community.
