Kat O’Donnell (they/them; she/her) is the Director of Inclusion and Belonging at Inova Health, supporting the organization’s nearly 27,000 team members through inclusion-centered initiatives. Kat is an innovative healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in employee resource group oversight management, organization development, and inclusive program design and management. Kat holds Executive Certificates in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Organization Development Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University and holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Kat is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with clinical specialization in neurodivergent-affirming care and support for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse individuals.
