Kat Stermer is a Manager of Connected Radio Metadata at Xperi. With her team in Bengaluru, India, she delivers high-quality metadata for vehicle original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers and radio broadcasters.
She is the global chair of the Women in Tech (WiT) Employee Resource Group and member of the DEI Council.
During her career, Kat has lived in different countries (Germany, Italy, Canada, United States). Prior to Xperi, she worked in Project Management, Quality, and Human Resources in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industry.
Kat is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt™.
She holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Constance (Germany) and a master’s degree in business from Spring Arbor University.
