Linda Kim is a Senior Vice President, Opportunity & Inclusion Consultant II with Bank of America, managing operational excellence and sustainment for the bank’s Global Employee Networks.

Linda started her career at Bank of America in 2000 and has experiences in Consumer Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Enterprise Fraud Intelligence Team, Global Financial Crimes and Compliance, Global Human Resources, Global Risk, and Global Technology & Operations lines of businesses. In addition to being successful in multiple lines of business, Linda is a Certified Fraud Examiner, awarded by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

She is a four-time recipient of Bank of America Global Opportunity and Inclusion Award. Linda also received Bank of America Global Volunteer Service Award in 2016 for her work with Asian American Advancing Justice Southern California; Southern California Employee Network Above & Beyond Award in 2014; and The President’s Community Volunteer Honor Roll since 2015. Linda has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2020 for Women’s Leadership “Volunteer of the Year” finalist. Linda also received the Inclusion for Success certificate from USC Marshall School of Business.

Linda volunteers with various non-profit organizations as well as delivering financial education in the local communities. Linda serves on the Board of Directors for Bresee Foundation, and previously served on USC Marshall Alumni Association, Asian American Professional Association, and the Los Angeles Chapter of the ACFE. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Portland State University and an MBA from the Executive program at USC Marshall School of Business.
