Marcie leads Operations at CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, the largest US CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. In this role, she is responsible for developing DEI programs, offerings and resources designed to help the more than 2,400 organizations who are part of the coalition, advance their internal DEI strategies. She collaborates with key stakeholders throughout the coalition to gather insights, leading practices and current challenges, to assist in operationalizing and increasing impact across coalition-wide strategies.
Prior to her current role, Marcie has extensive experience leading talent management, deployment and development for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Her accomplishments include workforce planning, leadership coaching, implementing and monitoring DEI initiatives and goals, performance reviews, succession planning and strategy. Marcie is also a member of PwC’s Purpose & Inclusion Council which focuses on fostering a culture of belonging.
Marcie’s previous roles focused on business development, strategy, operations and DEI. With her passion for DEI, she connects with the purpose and mission of CEO Action and is committed to driving change at scale within the business community.
Marcie lives in San Diego, California with her three kids and is an active member of the local community and school district.
