Marsha Mihok is currently the Global Director of DE&I. Marsha Mihok started at Ecolab in 2012 in Human Resources supporting Supply Chain before joining the DE&I team. Her current work at Ecolab includes building an inclusive culture at manufacturing plants and warehouses bridging the unique challenges of “deskless” associates.
