Mary E. Graham is Professor of Sport Management in the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics, and an affiliated faculty member at the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses on organizational behavior, human resource management, research methods, and workplace diversity. Dr. Graham also developed and teaches the undergraduate course Race, Gender, and Diversity in Sport Organizations. Dr. Graham has numerous peer-reviewed publications in the areas of human resource management and gender discrimination in employment, including papers in Organization Science and Industrial and Industrial and Labor Relations Review.
