Melissa is the Global ERG Program Manager at Ecolab. She is a close partner to the Leads and Executive Sponsors for Ecolab’s 11 ERGs and manages Ecolab’s DE&I-focused external recognition applications. Prior to joining the DE&I team in 2021, she held roles within Training and Talent Acquisition. She is from St. Paul, MN and holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas. She lives in Mendota Heights, MN with her husband and two kids.
