Ray Eby serves as INW’s CEO. Prior to joining INW, Ray spent the early part of his career at 3M Company, where he served in a variety of business, finance, legal/compliance and M&A-related roles. Most recently, Ray led a wide range of businesses for 3M Company, including consumer healthcare, government security, automotive, tapes and closures, and personal safety.
Ray has served on a variety of industry, trade, and charitable boards and organizations, including time as the Board Chair for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Twin Cities and as a foster parent.
