Rebecca Harris, DEI Director at Elastic, is a global diversity, equity and inclusion practitioner who is passionate about building inclusive spaces that fuel innovation and team success – where everyone feels that the differences they bring are valued, and that they belong. Rebecca has spent over ten years working in DEI roles in life sciences, tech, and consulting, from start-up to Fortune 500. She has a Master’s degree in International Relations, and Certificates in Diversity & Inclusion Management from Cornell’s ILR School and HR Management & Analytics from The Wharton School. When she is not crafting DEI strategies she likes traveling, hiking, and relaxing with her husband and cats at home.
