Solu Nwanze is certified executive coach and an organizational effectiveness executive in Tech/SaaS. In both capacities, she works with executives and their teams to create and implement strategies that expand leadership capabilities, drive operational excellence and promote organizational effectiveness. These strategies enable executives and teams to  thrive through change and complexity while accelerating better business outcomes.

Solu thrives at the intersection of strategy, people and process; she brings two decades of core competencies in team dynamics & resilience, leadership & communication skills, business strategy & transformation, organizational design & development, and strategic planning & decision processes. Solu is the Head of the Office of the President at Zendesk and the Founder of Expanded Impact, an integrated organizational effectiveness service provider. Expanded Impact’s clients come from Adobe, Babylon Health, Charles Schwab, Exxon Mobil, Google, Instacart, LinkedIn, Logitech, Lyft, Motional, PaloAlto Networks, Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk and other companies.

Solu recently served on the Board of Directors for Housing and Economic Rights Advocates, HERA, a legal services non-profit in California, and has architected award-winning leadership development programs for women and people of color at work.

Solu is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) from Coactive Training Institute (CTI)® and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)®. She is also a Certified Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner, Certified SCRUM Master and Product Owner, and a Certified Change Practitioner.

Solu holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with the Dean’s award for academic excellence, and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth where she graduated Summa cum Laude (First Class Honors).
