Sanjay (Sonny) Dua is a seasoned Change leader with more than 20 years of experience solving problems, leading teams, and delivering positive results. He has delivered on all aspects of the people side of change, including culture transformations, Process Improvement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development. As a Senior Change Leader with Amtrak, Sonny leads the Change workstream for a Digital Transformation supporting infrastructure and construction management processes.
Prior to working for Amtrak, Sonny was an advisor for the IMF, and he was a change executive with the Federal Reserve System. While working for the Coca-Cola company Sonny held the role of the Asian BRG President, driving a transformation in how BRG’s operate within the system. Under his tenure, the Asian BRG earned external recognition as a top 3 BRG (out of 1,279 ERGs) across the nation.
